Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
3 lbs extra lean ground beef1 medium onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1 clove garlic minced3 TBS chili powder1 tsp cumin1 large can No-Salt Tomatos1 can kidney beans1 can dark kidney beanssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef and put in crock pot/ Chop the onion and pepperand garlic, I use a food processor so get the juices too. Add to pot. Pour the canned ingredients in, drain the kidney beans first. Add spices and mix well. Cook on high for 7-8 hours Serving size approx 1 cup
