*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cupGood Earth Muesli (Banana flavour), 100 gram(s)Honey, 2 tbsp*Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 1 cup, packed*Enova,(soybean oil and canola oil), 5 tbspCashew Nuts, dry roasted, 2 tbspAlmonds, 10 almondWalnuts, 0.5 oz (14 halves)Pumpkin Seeds, 20 gramsNestle Raisinets Chocolate Covered Raisins, 2 package*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 1 small
Makes 20, 1 inch x 1 inch squares.
Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix all the liquid ingredients separately. Then mix the dry & wet ingredients till evenly coated. Spray a pan with non stick cooking spray. Add the dough, flatten with hands. Bake in oven for 15 mins till golden brown. Remove & allow to cool. Cut into desired pieces.
