Whole Wheat Pancakes (without sugar)

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 2/3 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2/3 cupSalt, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 3/4 tspButter, unsalted, 1/2 tbsp, meltedFlaxseed oil, 1/2 tbspNote: The taste changes only a little if a different oil is used instead of all or part of the fat (butter & flaxseed oil.)
Directions
Combine yogurt and flour. Let stand overnight, covered, not refrigerated.
Lightly beat eggs and add to flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir to comine. If a thinner batter is deisred, add some water.
Pour 1/4 C of batter per pancake. Cook on medium heat until top of pancake starts to look dry around the edges. Flip and cook for a few more minutes. Top with your choice of fruit and enjoy. These are also good with a little honey or real maple syrup.
