Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, choppedOnions, raw, .33 cup, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp(cider vinegar is really red wine vinegar) Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp 1/8tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Chop all veggies into small pieces, add vinegars, salt and pepper, toss. Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
