Ingredients
pork chop (6oz) remove fat and bone4 ounces of carrot1 onion1 medium potato
Directions
place chop in a piece of tin foil
cut up vegetables into bite size pieces and place on top of chop.wrap up into a parcel and put in centre of oven gas mark 5 for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
1 serving.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Some of us prefer good plain food, instead of messing it up with garlic, spices and cheeses.
