Ingredients
1 tbsp white flour3/4 cup 1% milk3/4 cup shredded marble cheesedash of salt & pepper
Directions
put flour, milk, salt & pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened & bubbly.
Add cheese & stir to melt.
Pour over steamed veggies.

Makes 1 cup (3-0.25 cup servings)
