Spicy Southwest Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, no skin3.5 cups black beans (2 cans, drained)1 small bag frozen corn1 large onion1/2 green bell pepper, diced2 stalks celery, trimmed and diced2 tbsp minced roasted garlic3 chipotle peppers w/ 3 tsp adobo sauce1 jar salsa verde1 can Rotel, or other diced tomatoes8 oz. fat free cream cheese
Directions
Spray Crockpot with cooking spray and lay chicken breasts on bottom. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese. Cook on low heat 6-8 hours or for 4-5 hours on high heat. Add cream cheese just before serving, or reserve if freezing and add to individual servings instead.

Serve drained in a tortilla, over rice or pasta, or serve as a soup.
