Broccoli, Cauliflower & Bacon Salad

Ingredients
6 slices of Farmland 30% Less Fat Hickory Smoked Bacon2 cups chopped broccoli2 cups chopped cauliflower2 green onions (sliced thin)1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed & drained (optional & not included in calorie count)Dressing:3/4 cup Kraft Light Mayo1/2 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Combine vegetables in bowl. Blend the dressing ingredients and toss gently over vegetables. Chill at least 2 hours. Add crumbled cooked bacon after salad has chilled & serve immediately.

Makes eleven 1/2 cup servings.
