Ingredients
4 Medium Cucumbers6 Garlic Cloves3.5 Cups Nonfat Plain Yogurt1/3 cup water3 Sprigs DillSalt to tasteAlmonds (Optional)
Directions
1. Dice cucumbers.
2. Blend or puree yogurt until it forms into a nice creamy liquid form.
3. Add cucumbers, garlic, water, salt and dill/parsley to yogurt mixture and mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

If you like nuts, you can add almonds when serving.

Almonds WILL add calories though and they are not added into the current caloric intake for this recipe.

    Add walnuts - grinded or crushed to small pieces - it tastes better then almonds. Also - easy on the garlic. I add a tablespoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil.

    It is best dish for starters in summer !

    I would add less garlic, was really good over a baked potato. Didn't add the water, thin enough from the liquid from the cucumbers. - 9/22/07
