2 cans (15 oz) Pinto beans, drained & rinsed1 can (15 oz) light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 (15 oz) can hominy, drained1 pound ground Boca Burger1 can (4oz) chopped green chilis1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes1 can (6 oz) tomato past1.5 cups water1/2 tsp sugar1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp salt1 medium onion
Crumble up and brown the boca burger.
Chop the onion
Dump the whole lot of it in a pan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer (stirring occasionally) 30 minutes.
You can feed an army with this recipe, and it'll average you maybe 60 cents a serving!
