Ingredients
3/4 cup onion2 tsp EVO3/4 # chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces2-16oz cans white beans2- 14oz cans FFchicken broth1 1/2 cup sliced celery3/4 cup diced red bell pepper1 sm can green chilis1 tsp each salt and oregano1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Saute onion and chicken in oil until soft and browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30-45 minutes or until cooked through..
Makes 6 1-1/3 cup servings.
