Light Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients
2 c. crushed pretzels1box sugar free strawberry Jello1/2T Splenda3T blue Bonnet light stick Margarine18oz frozen Strawberries (with Splenda)8 oz light cream cheese1/3c sugar4oz light cool whip
Directions
Mix pretzels 1/2 T Splenda and mmelted margarine, pat into bottom of baking dish and bake at 400 for 6-8 min. Allow to cool completely. Mix cream cheese and sugar the add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Boil 1 C water and dissolve Jello in it. Add strawberries. pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.

    This salad was very good. I used a bag of frozen sliced strawberries without sugar and found the salad plenty sweet. - 8/3/09
