Chicken Salad Tostadas

Ingredients
1 can veg all mixed veggies2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use left over slow cooked chicken)1/4 cup mayo1/5 teas black pepper 4 tortillasShred cooked chicken...I usually slow cook an entire chicken and shred it up for the week.so take shredded chicken put it in a bowl. Add the mixed veggies, mayo, and black pepper to taste. You can omit pepper and add lemon pepper instead gives it a great flavor.Serve on top of tortilla's or with tortilla chips. (I put the tortillas in a frying pan with a tiny bit of olive oil spray just to they start to harden) you can also put them in the oven on broil. Whichever way you prefer.
