Smoked Turkey Sprouts

Smoked Turkey Wings, no skin no bone, 242 gram(s) Brussels sprouts, fresh, 2 cup Onions, raw, 57 grams Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) Pepper, red or cayenne, .33 tbsp Garlic, to taste
Boil smoked turkey wings or legs in a pot, covered for at least two hours. Remove from water and let cool. Reserve about 1-1.5 cups of broth for braising brussel sprouts.
Wash and cut brussel sprouts in half and slice onion.
Take broth from smoked turkey and place in frying pan with brussel sprouts. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and garlic. Cook on med-low heat, covered. Once sprouts become tender add in onion and turkey meat (only). Recover and let simmer on medium-low for about ten minutes.
