Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 6 oz = * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp * Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp * *Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen, 1 cup * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Okra, 1 cup slices * De Boler rice lasagna (or regular no bake lasagna) * Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 3 oz * *Classico Cabernet Marinara Sauce, 1 cup * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 can**3/4 cup water**2 cloves garlic**2 tablespoons olive oil**1 tablespoons garlic salt
Directions
sautee 2 crushed garlic cloves with olive oil
add chopped onion. when browned, add turkey meat, garlic salt and herbs. brown the meat. add can of diced tomatoes, marinara, broken pieces of uncooked no-bake lasagna, okra, 3/4 cup of water and stir. cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. drop in large table spoons of ricotta, cover and simmer for 5 more minutes. stir gently and serve.
