Busy Day Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
3 oz package of Cream Cheese-Fat Free1/2 cup non fat milk1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Put cream cheese and milk in a micro-wave safe bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds until cheese gets soft. Whisk until all lump are gone. If necessary (too Lumpy) microwave another 15 seconds, whisk again.
Add parmesan cheese, stir.
If this is too thick add more milk.

This will cover 1 pound (8 - 2 oz servings of pasta
or 4 large pizzas

You can add garlic, herbs, spices, veggies, chicken what ever

If you don't add the parmesan, you can flavor it with oregano etc for a salad dressing, thin it out with milk a little.

    This was delicious! I have been looking for a alfredo sauce that is yummy and light in calories!!! I added garlic,tomatoes and chicken then put it over whole wheat pasta! sooo yummy - 5/11/09
