Southwest Bean and Rice Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice1-15 oz can of black beans or pinto beans, drained and rinsed1 cup corn kernals1 cup chopped red bell pepper1 can Rotel tomatoes, choice of variety (tomatoes with chilis)1/2 jalepeno, chopped (optional)1/2 cup chopped cilantrojuice of 1 lime, about 2 TB2 TB white or red wine vinegar1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Cook rice. Mix vinegar, lime juice and other seasonings. Add other ingredients and mix.
