Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups skim milk 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
1. Beat eggs and mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into a glass pie pan and bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or until set in the middle.

This makes 8 servings. Cut in 8 equal sections.
