baked halibut with vegetable crust

Ingredients
2 halibut fillets 8ozs each1/2 red sweet pepper2 green onions 1 tsp parsley 8 ozs grated zucchihi2 tsp lemon seasoning (powdered)1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp white pepper
Directions
marinate fish fillets in lemon seasoning ,salt and white pepper for 5 minutes.
place fillets in single layers in a shallow skillet .
mix vegetagles together and spread over each fillet.
Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes in the thickost part on top.
remove from pan and serve with cooked green vegetables of your choice
