Breakfast/Lunch Rice cereal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water1/8 tsp salt1 cup quick cooking brown rice2 mini boxes raicins3/4 cup 1% milkDash ground nutmeg3 tbps brown sugar
Directions
In a 2 quarts saucepan, bring water and salt to boil, add rice and raicins. Cover ans dimmer 1/2 to 14 min or still rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in milk and nutmeg. Heat through. Serve with brown sugar.
