Slow Cooker Blackened Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 Tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar1 tsp. Cajun Dust Blackening Spice (or other Cajun seasoning)1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions
Measure Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar into bottom of slow cooker pot.

Place Chicken Breasts in the oil and vinegar. Add water to just below top of chicken breasts.

Sprinkle spices on top of chicken. (Use more Cajun Dust if desired.)

Cook on low for 6-10 hours.
