Viena Sausages Yellow Rice

Ingredients
2 cups white rice uncooked1 can vienna sausages (I use Carmela chicken sausages)1 small onion chopped1 cup green peppers, strips1/2 cup tomato saucesalt to taste3 garlic cloves3 cups water1/4 cup olive oil2 tbsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon1/4 cup spanish olives
Directions
Saute sausages in the oil until lightly brown. Add onion, green peper and garlic. Cook until tender. Add the chicken bouillon and olives. Stir. Add tomato sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Add water and salt. Bring it to boil until water is almost absorved. Cover, cook at low heat for 20-30 minutes.
