Fritatta w/chorizo, chard, potato

Ingredients
1 Cup sauteed chard6 oz sliced potato2 links chorizo8 eggs1/2 cup milk1 Tbsp flour2 cloves garlic1/2 tsp paprika1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Saute chard wih garlic, paprika, 1/2 tbsp olive oil. squeeze dry.
Slice cooked potatoes
dice chorizo

whisk 8 eggs with 1/2 cup milk, 1 Tbsp flour
Add chard, potato, chorizo

Pre-heat oven to 350
1 Tbsp in oven proof 10" frying pan
Heat pan, add egg mixure
Reduce heat, cover and cook approx 10" until set approx 1" in from edge of pan.
Remove lid, put in oven 15-25 minutes until completely set and egg slightly puffy

Remove from heat, use spatula to loosen fritatta from pan and allow to cool on cutting board.

Serve.
