2cups Mixed Green Salad1 roma Tomato -diced1/2 Grilled Chicken breast shredded2 tbsp BBQ sauceJuice from 1 lime1/2 cup shredded Carrots1/4 cup Low fat Shredded Cheese- Chedder1/4 Frozen Corn Kernels
Directions
Grill Chicken Breast -diced and defrost corn in microwave 20 sec. Once this two Items are cooked and cooled, place greens on plate add chopped tomatoes,shredded cheese,shredded carrots, diced chicken and corn top with lime jucie and bbq sauce dribble all over top
