3 cans no salt tomato sauce (the little cans)1 small can tomato paste1 can stewed diced tomatos1 package italian turkey sausage (cook before combining to other ingredients)1 package NO YOLK Eggless Noodles3 cups of 2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 8oz fat free plain yogurtgarlic-to tasteitalian seasoning-to tasteSplenda-to taste
pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Cook sausage
Cook Noodles till ALMOST done (i add garlic salt to the water)
Put sauce, paste, stewed tomatos in large bowl, stir
Stir in seasonings, garlic, splenda
Stir in yogurt
Stir in 2 cups of cheese
Stir in sausage
Stir in Noodles
Grease 13x9 pan
Pour mix into pan
sprinkle remaining cheese on top
cook in oven approx 30mins
