Brown Rice Royal

Ingredients
Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (drained)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Rachel Ray chicken stock, 1.5 cup *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1.5 cup
Directions
Heat chicken stock until just boiling. Add rice and set aside.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the chopped onions, mushrooms and oil until onions are tender and clear. Add rice after the stock has all been absorbed. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until heated thoroughly.
