Homemade Mac-n-Cheese

Ingredients
6 Cups Elbow Macaroni - Dry (3lb Box)4 (12oz.) Packages Cracker Barrell Extra Sharp WHITE Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese1 Cup Milk4Tblsp. Butter
Directions
Serves 30 (8oz. Servings)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place a large pot of water on stove and bring it to a rapid boil. After boiling, put in your elbow macaroni and cook it to your desired doneness.

While your macaroni is cooking, cut up the Sharp Cheese into small cubes. The smaller the better, so it will be almost melted when you add it to your hot macaroni. You can cut up the cheese in advance if you wish.

Immediately after your macaroni is done, drain it, Pour it into a Oven Safe Glass Bowl, then stir in your sharp cheese and sprinkle in your parmesan cheese to cover your macaroni. You will want to do this while the macaroni is still hot. Works best.

Then pour in the milk, you do not need to stir it in.

Then cut small butter pads and place them on the top of you macaroni.

Place foil over the top of your bowl and cook for 1 hour.
