Pistachio Kulfi

Ingredients
2 cups pistachios1 1/4 cups milk1 cup single (light) cream2 tbsp sugarpinch of salt1/2 tsp Kewra water (If you can find it, if not use rose water)
Directions
Grind the Pistachios finely with a little milk.
Stir in the remaining milk and place in a pan.
Bring to the boil.
Add the cream and simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in the sugar and salt and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Pour into moulds and freeze untill firm.
Sprinkle with Kewra water before serving (this is not too important if you do not have it)
