Chicken salad with Apples

Ingredients
* Cooked chicken breast, 12 ounces * Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 3 tbsp * Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp * Apples 1 medium * Cucumber 1 medium * Onions, raw, .1/2 * Almonds, sliced; 2 tablespoons
Directions
Dice chicken, cucumber, onion and apple. Mix with mayo, mustard and almonds. Add any additional spices.

Serves 5. Enjoy
