Spinach Dal

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut5-6 jalapeno peppers2 T cilantro1 tsp canola oil2 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp black mustard seedsa pinch of hing12 oz of baby spinach
Directions
Cook the toor dal in pressure cooker until done. Grind coconut, green chillis (jalapenos), cilantro and 1 tsp cumin. Set aside. Chop spinach, boil in water, add ground masala, boiled dal and cook with enough water until done. Add salt to taste.

Season with cumin & mustard seeds with a pinch of hing.
