I love beet salads. I order them often when I'm eating out, but I rarely make them at home. It took me a bit longer than indicated to get the beet greens prepared, but my family and I really liked the results. I'm sure I'll be adding this to my home menus. - 8/30/13

Love this! I took it to a potluck at church, and it absolutely disappeared! A salad that tastes like a dessert--highly recommended. - 5/14/09
