Ingredients
1 serving morningstar farms "chik'n strips"0.5 cup cream of mushroom soup (or use a substitution for a vegan meal)1 package deepdish pie crustmixed veggies to taste (you can use frozen or canned to save time, but, for a better tasting pie I always use fresh!)
Directions
Warm "chik'n" until no longer frozen. Preheat oven to 350. If using fresh veggies (I reccomend peas, carrots, corn, green beans, celery, potatoes, broccoli...) steam veggies until soft. Dilute cream of mushroom (or cream of potato if prefered...) soup until desired consistency (I like mine thick) mix veggies, soup mix and "chik'n" in a bowl, pour into pie crust, bake 20-30 minutes until crust is golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 min.And... enjoy! Makes 8 servings.

I haven't had pot pie in years. I used Veri Soy Chicken and home made pot pie crust. Thumbs up from my family. - 11/2/08
