Tuna Casserole (Reduced Fat)

1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup2 cans of Solid White Albacore in water, drained1/2 Large White Onion, Chopped1 Package No Yolks Egg Noodles4 boiled eggs, chopped1 Tsp Paprika (or to taste)1 Tbsp Black Pepper ( or to taste)Optional:Chopped Fresh DillChopped Fresh Chives (for garnish)
Makes (6) one cup servings.
Make Egg noodles according to package directions, drain, and rinse in cold water.
Boil Eggs for 15 minutes and let cool & peel.
Mix in a casserole dish: mushroom, cream of chicken soup, 2 cans of tuna, and onion. Fold in Egg Noodles.
Chop Boiled eggs and place over top of mixture in casserole dish.
Season with Paprika and Black Pepper. Fresh chopped dill & chives make a tasty garnish.
