potatoe & cauliflower (mashed)

Ingredients
2 lbs potatoes2 lb head of cauliflower cut into small florets3 tbsp margarine1 cup soy milk or add slowwly for desired consistancy
Directions
peel and cube potatoes and steam for 10 min
add cauliflower and steam 15 min more
check to be sure both are soft with fork
mash with potatoe masher
add milk and margarine more or less to your taste.
