Ingredients
1 16oz can Chickpeas (do not drain in sink)1clove of garlic1/2 cup seasme seeds3 tablespoons Lemon Juicecaynne pepper to tasteblack pepper to tastedried parsley to taste
Directions
1) Put garlic, seasme seeds, and chickpea juice in blender. blend until smooth.

2) Add chickpeas and lemon juice. blend until creamy

3) add parsley, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste blending to mix.

Server with pita bread.
