Tomato Florentine

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, crushed1 T olive oil2 cans chopped tomatoes2 cans tomato sauce2 tsp thyme2 tsp oregano2 tsp basil1 bay leaf1 bunch of spinach, chopped
Directions
Saute 1 medium chopped onion and 2 cloves of crushed garlic in 1 T of olive oil.

Add in 2 cans of chopped tomatoes, 2 cans of tomato sauce, and spices/seasonings. Simmer for 30 min.

Remove bay leaf.

Add in 1 bunch of chopped spinach leaves.
