Breakfast egg wrap

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper1 egg1 Tbsp. waterSalt and pepper to taste1 Tbsp. grated cheddar cheese1 six inch whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Makes a single serving.

Spray a small fry pan with Pam (low cal oil spray)
Saute onion and green pepper while beating egg and water.
When onion turns translucent pour egg mixture over top.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with tortilla.
Let cook for one minute (medium heat).. Don't overcook! Just until egg is set.
Gently flip onto a plate and roll up.
