Ingredients
4 Tomatos 2 Jalapenos (seeded)1/4 Onion1 Tbs. Cilantro (Optional)3 Tbs. Lime juiceSalt and Pepper (Optional)
Directions
I chop each tomato into 6 wedges and put them in a bowl. Then I cut my jalapenos length wise and seed them, add them to the bowl. I chop my onion into large chunks, add them to the bowl. Then I grab a small handful of the Cilantro (I guesstimated the chopped amount to be 1 Tablespoon, use the amount you prefer) and added it to the bowl. I then transfer all the ingredients in the bowl to my blender. I add the lime juice and salt and pepper then I puree for a few seconds. My husband likes his salsa more smooth and I prefer chunky but am not nearly as picky as him so I puree it. But you can do it all my hand and make it chunkier. This makes 24 2-tablespoon servings.
