Mother-n-laws stuffed peppers

Ingredients
2 Green Peppers1 lb of lean ground beef1 cup of brown rice1 cup of chopped onion2 small jars of tomato sauce
Directions
Mix ground beef, rice and chopped onion and 1st can of tomato sauce in a bowl, cut of f the top of the green peppers and clean them out and put ehm in a 9 by 12 dish. Fill the green peppers with the mixture. Make meatballs out of the remaining mixture. Top the entire dish with the second can of tomato sauce. Cover with clear wrap and microwave at 50% for 25 minutes.
