Very good. I loaded the inside with celery and fresh rosemary. Sprinkled garlic on the veges. Rubbed olive oil on hens and then covered with sea salt and fresh pepper. Perfect and filling. Just add a salad. - 3/15/08

I made this for dinner a few nights ago and it was good but seemed a bit low on flavor. I added lots of garlic to pump up the flavor a bit but it was still lacking something. It was good--but not great. I did have to cook it about 20 minutes longer than called for but that could be my oven. - 8/27/07
