Low Fat Cream Cheese Potatoes

5 red or yukon gold potatoes1/2 of brick of low fat cream cheese1/2 cup skim milksalt pepper
Cut potatoes into cubes and boil in water until tender. Drain the potatoes and put back into hot pot. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add them to the potatoes and mash. Combine the milk a little at a time until the potatoes at a constitancy of your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
