Slow Cooker Lentil Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 cups lentils, (soaked over night unless using as a side dish)1 cup uncooked long grain brown rice1 cup wild rice1 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 onion, chopped1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning7 cups water (or chicken broth)1 cup vegetable broth1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1 tablespoon salt1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
makes 11 servings
1 Place lentils, rice, carrots,celery, onion, water or broth, garlic powder, ground pepper, ans salt in slow cooker.
2 Cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours on low. Stir in Mushrooms 1 hour before serving.
