Green Chile Chicken Noodle Soup

olive oilchopped onionchopped chickenwaterchicken bouillonno yolk noodlesblack peppergreen chilegarlichot pepper
In a large soup pot, saute onion in olive oil. Add chopped raw chicken; continue to saute until brown on one side. Dissolve bouillon in water; add to soup pot. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until al dente, approximately 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add green chile, garlic, and hot pepper. Let last three ingredients steep while soup is cooling.
Yields a little more than 8 cups.
