Hazel's Pork Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds cooked roast loin of pork, cubed2 med onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1-15 oz. can diced tomatoes with hot peppers1 cup water1 low-salt bouillon cube, beef flavored2 T chili powder1 t marjoram2 bay leaves1/2 can black beans, drained and slightly mashed
Directions
Heat skillet and add onions with a little water. Cook 20 minutes until tender and golden. Add garlic for about 5 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve over cooked rice or crushed saltine crackers. Makes about 10 1-cup servings. (Nutritional info does not include the rice or saltines.) Makes a nice dinner with a side serving of corn topped with salsa. Really good the next day, after the flavors have a chance to blend further!
