Ingredients
1# whole wheat spaghetti, cooked1# ground sirloin, browned1 small can diced tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped) 1 gr pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 lg sweet onion, chopped2 c shredded cheddar
Directions
Prepare ingredients as directed. Spray 9 x 13 pan. Spread spaghetti on bottom. After draining ground beef, spoon evenly over spaghetti. Mix vegetables together and layer on top of beef. Sprinkle with cheddar and bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Makes 12 1 cup servings.

    I asked my son's friend when he asked for seconds, I thought you didn't like healthy food to which he replied, I don't, but I like this. It tastes like regular spaghetti w cheese on it! Kids!
