Ingredients
3 Jumbo Eggs3 Slices of Veggie Cheese (or any cheese alternative that you like)Tomato to taste
Directions
Wisk eggs in bowl separately.
Heat up a large skillet with light canola oil
Pour eggs into the skillet and allow them to cook until there is only a little liquid left.
heat a second skillet and flip the egg into it.
add tomato and cheese
fold omelette over tomato and cheese
allow to heat till cheese melts
