Orange-Ginger Beef

Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil1/2 lb top round beef, cut into strips2 tsp cornstarch1 tsp ground ginger3 tbsp orange marmalade, Smuckers Sugar Free1 cup broccoli, chopped1 cup carrots, shredded2 tbsp soy sauce, lite or low sodium
Directions
In a medium bowl mix beef, cornstarch, ginger, and orange marmalade.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir fry for 5 minutes or until browned and cook through. Add broccoli, carrots, and soy sauce. Lower heat to medium-low and cover. Cook for 3 minutes.

Serve over rice.
