Chocolate Banana Soy Shake!!

Ingredients
3/4 cup light Chocolate Soy Milk (I love Silk or 8th Continent)1 Banana (frozen is better!)4 ice cubesoptional- quick pour of Godiva Chocolate liquor (not included in Nutrition Info) :)

Starting Note:: If you can plan in advance, throw a couple of bananas in the freezer, this makes the shake extra thick, but does take a little more effort in peeling. The easiest way is to peel it like a potato with a sharp knife.

Makes 1 10-12oz serving.

Throw everything in a strong blender and blend till smooth! Use less soymilk if you want a thicker shake.Trust me, this taste amazing, plus you get a fruit portion in a snap!
