Ingredients
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast2 Tbsp. Splenda2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard2 Tbsp. Worstchire Sauce2 Tbsp. Melted Butter1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder1/8 tsp. Black PepperA dash of Hot Sauce
Directions
Place Chicken in shallow baking dish. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over Chicken Breast. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

    a lot of flavor for such an easy put together recipe. wasn't expecting much since there wasn't any red sauce in the recipe and was very surprised at how good it was, actually prefer it to the regular bbq sauce . - 7/22/08

    This was sooo good! The whole family loved it. I made 3 lbs. of checken breasts so I had to triple everything. The only thing I changed was I used 3 different types of mustard. Yellow, 2 Tbs. Spicy, 2 Tbs. and Dejon, 2 Tbs. I added a bit more hot sauce too. I will be making this again! Thanks! - 10/29/07
