Low Carb Chicken Fried Chicken

Ingredients
4 5 oz patties Chicken Breast like cube steak3/4 cup Carbquick1 tbls dreid rosemary2 tsp dried oregano2 tsp dried thyme2 tsp salt1 tsp peper1 small egg
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together and set into a bowle.

Beat egg, and add a splash of milk if desired.

Dip chicken into egg then into flour and fry for about 10 min per side until golden brown.

Don't scrape the pan, and leave just a little of oil, just add the left over flour and water and make into a wonderful gravy to go over the chicken
